My role as a health coach is to be a mentor and a guide. In other words, I will help you achieve your own health goals by creating and implementing sustainable and positive lifestyle changes.
There are many reasons for you to want my support, such as:
- Weight problems
- Stress and anxiety
- Difficulty sleeping
- Lack of energy
- Need for a healthier diet
My approach starts by identifying and analysing two kinds of food in life: primary food and secondary food. Secondary food is food itself, what we eat, while primary food are our relationships, career, exercise and spirituality. They are considered primary food because they are the cornerstone of our health and well-being. In other words, we can drink the popular green smoothies every day or only eat whole grains, but if we have a bad environment at home or if we don´t like our job at all, our health and well-being are at risk.
No words can describe everything my coach is and was for me during these 6 months…She is unique and special (as we all are In our own way). She is a box full of surprises! She can always show a solution, a positive thought, a new horizon!
I recommend my coach to everyone who needs support to achieve any goal whether it´s food related or emotional (self-confidence and self-love).
