Hello sunshine!

My boyfriend loves chocolate! The problem is that chocolates or sweets made with chocolate have a lot of sugar among other unnecessary ingredients. So what´s the solution? Healthy recipes with raw cacao!

As the avocado season is beginning I decided to do a mousse made with this fantastic fruit. This recipe is, as usual, simple and easy to do with just 3 ingredients!


Chocolate Mousse (for 1)


1 avocado
1 tablespoon of raw cacao
2 tablespoons of raw honey



  1. Cut the avocado in half and remove its pit.
  2. With a teaspoon remove the flesh and place it in a hand blender´s cup.
  3. Add the raw cacao and the honey.
  4. Blend everything.
  5. Place the mixture in a bowl and put it in the fridge for half an hour.

Before eating you can also place ground almonds on top.
