Ice cream and summer: what a perfect match. However, despite being tasty it´s not that healthy. But what if I told you that there is a healthy ice cream that you can make at home! Get to know today my delicious antioxidant ice cream: quick, simple and with just 2 ingredients.


Delicious Antioxidant Ice Cream (for 2)


  • 6 medium bananas
  • 1/2 cup of berries (I´ve chosen logan berry)



  1. Peel the bananas
  2. Place the bananas in the freezer, inside a container (I use glass), for eight hours
  3. Cut the bananas in slices
  4. Place the berries in the blender and then the bananas
  5. Blend it gradually to avoid overloading the machine and stir occasionally with a spatula


Is there a healthier ice cream? 😉 And with no added sugar!
