Hello sunshine!

Sometimes it feels so good to eat something sweet in the middle of the afternoon, right? A cookie here and a biscuit there seem to be a good option, but I guess that once you read their labels your interest would vanish. So today I would like to introduce you to these super quick, energetic and healthy balls that you can make at home. You will only need 3 ingredients!

 

To make these energy balls (7 units) you will need:

-1 cup of rolled oats

-2 bananas

-2 tablespoons of honey

-Toasted rolled oats (to cover the balls)

 

How to do:

  1. In a food processor place the bananas, rolled oats and honey and mix everything until it takes on a compact consistency
  2. Roll into balls using hands
  3. Cover the balls with toasted rolled oats
  4. Place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes and it is done!

 

Now that you know how to make energy balls you can also adapt them to your taste. How? For example, you can add dried fruit and/or seeds, use dates instead of honey, include raw cacau
